Our system has been on line since last April(2024). From the initial meeting with the Sales Engineer (Carson Landis) I have been quite pleased. After listening to his presentation, I offered some input on the placement of some panels on a separate building with a slightly different exposure. After the site/structure assessment, they were more than willing to put those additional panels on that building. That meant installing additional disconnects and underground cable but the overall cost was minimal. One of their competitors would not even consider that suggestion. After project approval(internal & municipality) the job started as per the target date and remained on track. As I was on site during the installation, I conveyed some concerns and they were addressed immediately and professionally. After the job was completed, the local code inspector came for inspection and asked that the service cable from the meter to our panel be replaced due to its age and condition of insulation. This had to be done before the system could go on line. Solar Energy World replaced that in a timely fashion at no additional cost to me.
