I have had my solar system installed by Lumina for just over 2 months now and could not be happier. My sales rep was Mr. Charlie Keyser. On our first call, Charlie used several different programs to calculate how much sunlight my roof would get during all the seasons. It was very important to me to see how this would work and the potential breakeven analysis. Charlie and the Lumina team have a seamless process for the engineering, permitting, and financing. Each time that I had a question, someone on the team was very quick to respond with accurate information. During the entire process, I was kept informed of where we were in the process. After the permitting process was complete, Jeff and Devin came out and were the site leads for the installation. To prevent wildlife damage, I had 48 panels installed on my roof with the CritterGuards. The complete installation took two days, and Jeff and Devin were absolute professionals. Once the installation was finished, Lumina's team handled all the paperwork for county inspections and tax rebate applications. Once that was complete, I received permission from Dominion Energy to turn on the system. The final step was completed when Lumina sent Mr. Brian Sperty to replace the drywall and repaint the areas that had to be removed for the electrical wiring installation. Bryan was awesome to work with. His work was flawless, and he was a pleasure to chat with. Bottom line, Lumina sold me a great product, and their sales/support team is top-notch. I highly recommend.
