Horrible Company - Unresponsive customer service!

Trinity installed our solar 8/11/2024 and from 3/2024 - 12/2024 we had exorbitant electric bills with no solar production for the above 10mths. Multiple calls and emails sent to Trinity and Sunnova (the paired finance firm) no response. It took a threat to file legal action against a breach of contract with Sunnova to finally have them send a technician on New Years Eve 12/31/2024 to conclude we had no communication or production from Sunnova's assessment which aligned to our production portal report; no production from 3/2024 to 12/2024. I requested a refund for the amount we paid into the system contract monthly on auto pay due to no return contractual production and a lower of electric bill, none of which happened and Sunnova ignored continual calls for customer service to come out and assess our system for 10mths. I have logs of calls and emails. This is my 2nd system never had this issue until Sunnova joined as finance company. They are thieves! Even the operations VP at Trinity Ciara could not get her own partner company Sunnova to respond. Do not waste your money!
