First of all Freedom Forever does not return calls, address concerns, return emails, fix problems or care at all about the customer. They damaged our roof, did not replace the tiles in a section and the system isn't even working. I have tried to contact them over 25 times. Everytime I reach someone they promise they will get the matter resolved. But, nothing at all ever happens. The absolutely do not follow through at all. I am beyond frustrated and have filed a complaint against them.
