I'm stuck. Rip off.

This is my first year with Solar from Titan and I want them removed. My electric bill has increased significantly. They never returned to repair a wall in my house to do something to my electric box and left a hole in a window. I can't ever get in touch with anyone for service either. I am disabled and this crap isn't doing anything but costing me more money. No electric bill they said. Well, mine went up, and I can't get anybody now to fix it without paying another load of cash as a disabled person I don't have. Then they have the nerve to go bankrupt leaving me with a 42,000 dollar bill for some crap that doesn't work
