Horrendous Customer service

In the past thirty months my system has been down three times for a total of thirteen months and the contact states Tesla is responsible for monitoring the system. I had to notify them of the system failures, and it took months for them to respond and resolve the problems. As I write this, the system is down again and am waiting for a March appointment for a repair, meanwhile my true up bill from PG&E arrived in the mail and is over $5000.00 for last year. If I could I would cancel this contract and demand they rip this junk off my roof! Service is horrendous and if I could tell Elon Musk what is going on with his company, maybe he could help.
