Expensive, over sold under delivered

Made down payment 60 days plus for design review My local on line city app is 5 day guaranteed turn around Took Sempera 30 days Then on my call to cancel order I get it installed the next day Now waiting two weeks since install and Sempera still hasnt asked the city to inspect Customer service is a joke. Its an answering service and message taker I wish I had read the reviews before dropping 35k on this poorly run company Buyer be ware over hyped under deliver company Zero accountability I ve asked for a call from a supervisor or anyone other than the sales guy or the answering service. 4 weeks now still waiting
