Disappointing Company

IntegrateSun will disappoint you from the beginning. No integratedsun visit to see house and design system. They send a design package and this is what your system could look like if you hire a professional solar company, my system did not. Just a note the design document does not represent your contract. When you have question about your design they treat you as a invalid. Your told we have hundreds of these installed your system will be fine. The install design is flawed having panels facing eastside and westside on the same string. They installed the rail to the roof deck instead of the truss that the design pack indicated. After questioning this and having to argue this, they came back two weeks later and installed mounts to truss. The installers did not see why they had to do this since it is the way they always do it. When system was powered up It would not connect to WIFI or updated firmware so the technician left. Sent a email out and did not hear back from company for four days. I had to contact inverter company tech support and work for hours to get my system connected and updated. I had to get the vender to configure my system so it would work properly. I spent another 8k to get my system operating like the system I ordered. Just save yourself the anguish and select a more professional company.
