Horrible Customer Service

I had my solar installed with ESP and it appears no issues with the installing excluding the damage to our swamp cooler my camera caught and I was home, when the worker's tool box fell off the roof on to it. Also they disconnected my lighting (electricity) in the back of my home and has not restored it. I have a rep name Iris who lack efficient communication with me, does not respond, or will not call me when I ask of her to get get clear information. This is not okay, and is unprofessional. I ask for the manager and was told over the phone by a gentleman, I was unable to speak with one, and hung up on me. I get a response from Iris through text only to say a mgr. will call. They set appointments with out consulting if I will be available for the appointment. Iris sets an appointment on Jan 20th (via call) for battery commissioning and nothing. It's sad the level of customer care, when we are spending our money and trusting companies provide decent services. I am truly reluctant to refer this company to my colleagues and friends who wants solar, my experience, I don't want to see others go through.
