Cannot even schedule a repair for warranties

My 3 panels stopped working on 12/29 I emailed Lumina on Jan 8. Provided the enphase error. They confirmed with enphase that there was an issue but did not get a repair date. Followed up 2 times and they still would not give me a date up to today Feb 4. Avoid this company, they will sell but not fulfill their contractual obligations on warranty. My panels are only 4 years old and our contract covers 10 year warranty on parts and labor.
