Horrible communication and servicer

Our Tesla Battery was not hooked up properly to the house for use in blackout situations. We have lost power twice this winter with no backup to the house. We have called several, several times and given them pictures and circuit details and have still not seen anyone out here to fix this. When we call we get a phone operator that knows nothing. Fabian Lopez is the name of the person that recently ignored this!!!!!!!!!
