VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Buyer beware - this company does not offer follow up service - if you are having a problem with the panels later on there is ZERO customer service - stay far away from this company. The sales team will be great as they want your business -after they have your business that is the problem, look for a company that offers customer service after installation. I have had my solar for 9 years and have a broken panel that is under warranty but I have been waiting for 3 months and have not heard from them, I was going to add additional panels but will not give the business to Semper Solaris
