AWFUL!

There should be a mass lawsuit against this company. I’ve had awful experience with customer service. My panels were working for months.. who knows how long… and they are refusing to credit me anything! After multiple calls ( one rep I spoke to had such an attitude and the most awful communication skills) they finally sent someone out and lo and behold they weren’t working properly. After being fixed, my electric bill was so low. I must have overpaid thousands!!I was told by one rep I wound get reimbursed and then I called back a month later a nobody has returned my calls! I am so upset!! There is water leaking into my home today from the roof. This was a new roof and I have a feeling it’s their fault! I just looked at my UI bill and it’s back up to 500 a month! I live in a small home and we barely electricity! So now it’s up to me yo monitor each month if these panels are working?! Awful! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
