This is a total scam, covered up with a deceptive sale process and further masked by the confusion created due to over 7 parties involved. This was presented as the Power Purchase Agreement via an agent of ESP Partners representing ESP as the PPA who would use my roof to generate power, and I would simply pay for energy with a fixed monthly payment of $268/mo. The promised "white glove" service was to be monitored, warrantied, and insured, AND I could cancel after 1 year. The financial models reviewed was a con-job. At this point, I'll be paying more for energy than if I had just stayed with TXU/Oncor with a non-solar traditional agreement!!!!! I only signed up with the guarantee that I could cancel after one year. When I became concerned, I tried to stop the process multiple times but I had a very difficult time understanding which entity to work with, and getting someone to follow-up with me. Now I cannot get an executive from any company associated with agreement to call me back. Looks like my credit will be wrecked, while I incur more expenses for legal support. NEVER DO A PPA, I could have bought this system for $45,000 with a ROI < 15 years.
