Will not replace the LEMON battery system that they recommended

After 4 months of dutifully coming out to check the batteries (Home 8 ESS by LG), perform multiple fixes and patchwork repairs, the batteries still perform erratically. The fixes either don’t last or don’t work at all. All I get from them and LG is “we don’t see any problems from our remote computer monitoring” They did a great job on the solar panel installation, but the ESS has been a nightmare that has me constantly stressed out. LG took forever to recall and replace a prior model ESS— but only after a bunch of them burned up, so I’m pretty worried they’re going to ignore me over this system too, and Renu backs up whatever LG says. I want Renu to have MY back, and tell LG to send out a new system…. one that works…. SMH Renu: you highly recommended this system, even convinced me to go with it instead of Powerwall— so now back up your words with a Home 8 system that actually works like it should!!!!
