They promise you the stars and the moon but as soon as you sign the paperwork they don't care. You have a problem with your system, they don't answer, give you the run around then schedule you weeks away. All the while your solar system is down. They tell you the system is under warranty but as soon as you need a part replaced you have to pay outrageous labor.
