Disappeared

We purchased our solar system from Summit, a company that was happy to take our money. Turns out they subcontract all of the work, so we waited for several months to have the installation done. They were a few panels short for our system. We waited another 6-8 months for our solar array to be completed. We now can't get in touch with them, five years later, about our warranty. We've been trying to get in touch with them for the last six months. Emails and phone calls are unanswered. Website addresses lead to defunct pages. We are beyond disappointed with this company's terrible customer service, which is nonexistent. Future buyers, beware. This is not the company to buy from.
