Less than stellar support
First, customer services correspondence is less that stellar when calling them for a repeated issue with the meter gateway. We have had the solar installed about 1 month now and 2 service calls later to alleviate the same issue and it is still not resolved. When talking to Freedom directly for this issue I am now told that it will take 10 to 14 business days before I will even get a call back to then schedule the issue. I have requested that a new gateway be installed since it only carries a 5 year warranty. This is not acceptable and at a minimal 3 reviews a week will be left until I get a call and put on schedule to get this resolved. If this continues I will contact the CSLB for faulty equipment and shotty workmanship. CSLB would love to hear from me I can tell ya that. Freedom, here is your chance to step up to the plate or I will. You have my number
