Poor Customer Service

I arranged to have solar installed on my house over two years ago. All of this was done over the phone and internet. As part of this procedure I was required to sign a contract with Mosaic to up-front the project with the understanding that the payments would not start for a year after installation was complete. I kept getting emails for over a year from Freedom Forever that the project was on hold. Finally I contacted Freedom Forever and asked if they weren't going to do the job that the contract be cancelled. The gentleman that I talked to agreed to cancel the project. I asked about the loan and he said he would take care of that too. Fast forward to recently. I received an email from Mosaic that my first payment was due on February 12th. I immediately called Mosaic and told them that the project had been cancelled. They had no record of the cancellation. Jason said they would contact Freedom Forever for verification and he suggested I contact them also. I contacted them by phone and spoke with Morgan who said she would contact the internal team and have them notify Mosaic. In the meantime, I am having to make payments to Mosaic of $218.79 per month in order to protect my credit. Today I attempted to call Freedom Forever at the phone number Morgan gave me only to be told by an automated recording that the loan cancellation department could only be contacted via chat. I entered my cell phone number and was told (again by automation) that they had sent me a link so I could chat with them, but I have not received the link. I hope eventually to hear from them, but in the meantime I'm out $218.79 per month which should be returned once the contract is cancelled.
