Overall GREAT Experience

Overall, our experience with Pinnacle Exteriors was great. My wife and I have been looking at solar for a few years now and kept pondering if it was worth it. When we contacted Pinnacle Exteriors, they sent a person by the name of Steve to our home. While the meeting itself felt quite long, it was extremely informative and some of the time was just spent shooting the breeze. By the end, we felt extremely comfortable with Steve, the company and the product and decided we wanted to move forward. One of the key points was a price match guarantee that they offer. Throughout the process of getting approvals to the actual installation, the staff contacted us weekly with updates which was sometimes annoying but at the same time nice to know we were not forgotten about. When it was time for the installation, the crew that arrived were all professional and informative. Our system has now been installed for about 2 1/2 months and we just got our first bill where we are not being charged for our usage from the utility which is a great feeling. We are extremely satisfied with our decision and looking back wish we had gone solar sooner as the current time have caused increases in what our original quotes were many years ago.
