BEWARE OF LIES AND NO RESPONSES!!!! I wish I could zero stars. We have been reaching out to our salesman, Tyson Steen, multiple months in a row and have gotten absolutely nowhere. We trusted him as the professional to come into our home and trusted His wisdom and guidance since he is in the solar field that he would set us up for success, and that was an absolute failure. We were told he had made multiple contracts with people on the same power provider as us that is an absolute falsehood. I have tried to convey our general unhappiness with this whole solar panel debacle for months. I finally reached out to the office in December and still have gotten nowhere with it. We were supposed to receive a $500 referral check from when we had my brother also get solar panels installed by the same salesman and company…..that check should’ve been in my hand in October. We are coming up on mid March and I have still yet to see that check. They are trying to blame our electricity bill on the fees from our electric company. This was the following exchange that went with NO RESPONSE…… That is absolutely outrageous, but should you not have been aware of this prior to signing us up since as you said yourself you have dealt with OEC a lot and have signed up tons of customers with them? You are the professional that came into our home and told us about this great opportunity and we trusted your wisdom and guidance because you said you had worked with OEC prior to us signing up. You promised us a near zero bill. Had we known that we were going to have a bill on top of the solar panels payment we would not have agreed to the panels. You say we only used $30 of electricity for our last bill….during the winter with barely anything running….fast forward to summer time when we start using the air conditioner, we are going to be paying the $182 solar payment plus probably another 150-200 bill on top of that because you TOLD us that our system would handle it with maybe 1-3 more panels. That is not correct at all. If you look at the app we are still at 73% grid dependence all the way back to when they were first installed. What you promised has yet to be delivered and now we cannot get out of the contract we are stuck with the panels that are costing us double because we trusted you as a professional with experience in the solar field to help us. I agree OEC having all these fees and other crap that goes with it is absolutely criminal but I feel like the way we were lead down this rabbit hole of getting solar panels is also criminal considering we are paying so much more out-of-pocket to have the solar panels. I’ve already emailed the lady in the office and she said that we cannot cancel our contract and get Suntria pay for our loan. What can Suntria do to make this right for us because I feel like this whole solar panel debacle feels like fraud to us. We also called the dreamworks electricians in noble that you said you were going to call and they said they have not received any information from you for getting that generator plug installed they advised they would have been out same day if not next day and it’s been that way since the beginning of December.
