I had these panels installed in September, they stopped “functioning” in November and it has been a 4 month nightmare— not only do I have to pay my Sunnova rate but hundreds of dollars on top of it in electricity charges. They do not talk to their subcontractors and leave it to you to do their jobs and inform them of updates, rather than the other way around. I asked for a correction and they said not for 14 months then they’ll review my case. Absolute SCAM. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
