We have had several issues with ESP. Since last year (2024). Panels worked fine before ESP installed their batteries. We just wanted to add battery backup. Batteries added now our Solar panels no longer work. Smart asses state their batteries work. Well no shit it's coming from the grid. Worst experience we've ever had.

We're sorry for any inconvenience. When we first installed your new battery, unfortunately we discovered that the existing solar from the previous company was not installed up to code, and so we have had to work to address the improper wiring prior to activating your new battery. We are not finished with your battery project yet and expect to be able to visit this week to coordinate next steps. Rest assured we always want to leave everything better than we found it and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
