I never asked to be a Sunrun customer. I chose a different company that was then bought out by Sunrun, forcing me to be one of their customers. Since that has happened, I have treated like a second class citizen. They have tried to deny me warranty replacements, they have stopped monitoring my system, and their communication is atrocious. I have yet to speak to my case manager after 3 weeks of repeated emails and phone calls. Stay far, far away.
