Scammed and Ghosted

I used Apollo for installing solar panels and a new roof and while that process was seamless albeit lengthy I was supposed to receive a 6 month promotional credit for signing up by a certain date and I have not received it after 4 months. The salesperson I used is no longer with the company but she gave me names of three people including the CEO to call and I have called them multiple times with no responses from anyone. The phone number on the website is disconnected. The only positive review for the company on google is by an employee of the company and I don’t know how people have such positive experiences here I’m happy for them but was expecting the same kind of service.
