Bought the system and had it installed with no problem but now I cannot get anyone to return my calls. Now I find out that Mint Solar is going out of business. I have gotten no word from them. Do we pay the bill? When (if ever) will the monitoring system be provided so I can see what the system is doing? Who (if anyone) will honor the warranty? Will rebates and promised gift cards ever be honored? I find it incredible that Sam's Club did not do their due diligence and allowed this company to generate profits off their customers. The black eye will be taken by the customers and Sam's Club except Sam isn't the one holding the bag. To date, the company has completely ignored us.
