11 Months and Still Not Functional

Terrible company to deal with all the was around. When we signed on the house in July, we were told the solar was installed on the roof in December and functional. The functional part was a lie. Since then we have been trying to get them hooked up properly, get them inspected by the county and TEP, basically, doing all the follow up. The customer service is terrible, they apologize very nicely and then do nothing productive. They sometimes take an hour to answer the phone, and two to three weeks to respond to emails. I have requested every step be reported to me directly in writing via email with regular updates, but they don't. My status is simple, the panels have been on the house for 11 months and they still are not producing electricity. They told me they can't contact certain departments within their own organization directly to schedule workers to my property for various reasons, and will contact me when someone is coming to do the next thing, but they don't. When I filed a complaint with the BBB in September, they seemed to have developed a sense of urgency, but that went away again as soon as I allowed my case to expire. I have reopened it, as of today. I have paid over $1,000 on the solar loan and $800 in electric to TEP since July. I'm about to take OWE to small claims court. I've read the other reviews and see that OWE typically says to call them and allow them to resolve the issue. I have, over 15 times. Your company should not have a license to operate in Arizona anymore and I'll be asking the Attorney General to investigate your company as well. You should be held accountable for defrauding Arizonans, by promising a working product and not delivering.
