NOT HAPPY
I was excited about getting solar panels until I realized I didn't get what I thought I was getting! I was told by one of the companies representives that this was going to save me money when in reality it has cost me more! Was told I would just have the payment of the panels and then would just have to pay srp the use of their box outside. For months my electric bill has gone up and when I finally called Arcadia about my panels I learned that I only have enough panels to off set 50% not 100% Had I known my house was not a good fit I would have never gotten them!!!! Not to mention that the loan through goodleap didn't bother to tell me that the tax right off that im supposed to send to them to keep my bill low does not come all in one year! So I have to come up with $7500 so my payment doesnt go up! I'm so irritated about all of this that I don't want these panels anymore!!! I totally got screwed and its cost me money I dont have!

Failed to fix
My Solar stopped producing September 13, appointment made for October 9 to fix. Over 3 weeks of not producing and Arcadia fails to come to the appointment they set up. I do not recommend.

Quality install ! Owning my power now and love it
Arcadia has done my home, My Mothers house, and plenty of neighbors and friends. Great experience they do all the heavy lifting with HOA, permits, and kept me informed. Install was fast, my system was up and running in no time. My expectations were met, and I have peace of mind knowing my system is working as promised and if I have issues I have a reliable contractor with great warranties on all the equipment. Look no further , Arcadia is the right choice !

Solar and Sonya
I never dreamed that getting solar for our home could be so convenient. Sonya is amazing, and the process was very smooth for us. When we had a questions and opinions from our HOA, they handled everything! We've only had a few months and its great knowing we're banking up energy and lowering our costs greatly!

Excellent company and great customer service.
We had a lot of questions and they were answered with knowledge and professionalism. We save ALOT of money. From start to finish everything they said was truth. Sales people dont tell you that on cloudy days pannels dont generate energy and you pay high energy bill from power conpny!!

Arcaida Energy was very trust worthy and informative from the start. After getting multiple quotes we went with Arcadia based on their reputation and price. The install was very smooth and the attention to detail was amazing. We love our solar and were thankfull to Arcaida!
