Ian, Rebecca, and the GTRE team throughout were a joy to work with. Their pricing was competitive, the team had clear communication throughout, and the installation was executed very well. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Every conduit line is *chef's kiss* straight and even. The installation looks great and works great. I will absolutely return to GTRE if we ever need to expand our system.

Excellent Service and Support
Ian and his team installed a 9.6kW Solar Edge system in our home this past September. It was fairly complicated, integrating an existing whole house generator, the Solar Edge System, an EV Charger and two batteries. What I really enjoyed was the education that accompanied the hardware. They patiently educated me in operating the system as well as the nuisance of living in a solar first home. Simple things like when to run the dishwasher, or when to charge the car were extremely helpful. All in all it was a great experience.

We highly recommend Greene Tech. They did a professional turn-key job, and showed us how to use the app. They explained a lot that we didn't understand. We had planned on putting the panels on the ground by our house, but they helped us realize it was much better cost-wise and space-wise on the roof. With a hip roof, they are hardly noticeable. A+++! Thanks!!

Great Job, Very knowledgeable
Ian designed a great system for our home, made sure we made changes for our electrical panel and generator prior to installation. Kept me posted on the wait time for equipment. When the equipment arrived, he scheduled the installation and was here every day it didn't rain. System works great and passed inspection with no issues. Ian is also professional and answers all of your questions well. Thanks Ian!

Highly recommended
Ian and his team were great to work with. Very professional and easy to deal with. Kept us informed regularly and readily answered any questions. While there were delays, with so many supply issues I'm very happy with the final timeline. That is why I gave 5 stars despite the delays for my "On schedule" rating. With regard to cost, no other vendor was really close. Not only that, no other vendor gave me such confidence that the job would be done correctly. The work was done to a high standard. Not only was cost kept in mind, but he long term viability of the system was considered. Lastly, everyone I dealt with during the installation process had a very high opinion of Ian and his team. That says volumes in my experience.

Energy Independence Thanks To GTRE
Last year GTRE installed our complete solar system with 24 solar panels producing 9.8 kW and 2 LG Li-Ion batteries with 32 kWh storage capacity. Our latest electric bill was $35 at a time when energy costs are probably skyrocketing. The entire installation inside & out is very clean, Ian and his crew were wonderful to work with, and Ian went above & beyond obtaining products despite global manufacturing & supply issues. GTRE has given us a large measure of energy independence in these uncertain times, we're very glad we found them, and we recommend them to anyone.

Thrilled with my new solar installation!
I am absolutely thrilled with my recent solar installation - a 10.08 kW system with 9.3 kWh battery! Ian was great to work with from day one; his quote was clear and informative, with all of the data I needed to move forward with the project with confidence. The installation was clean and efficient and the quality of the equipment and install drew compliments from the inspectors. Ian has also been very responsive to my post-installation questions and new-owner troubleshooting. I would recommend GTRE without hesitation!

Exceed expectations
Ian was super responsive and patient with me as I sent him questions about the 10k Solar Edge and LG Chem battery system he recommended. So it wasn't a surprise when he and his crew did a super professional job on the install and testing. What I didn't expect, though, was that I'd actually enjoy having Ian and his crew around! Great sense of humor and, based on the way he ran his crew and the way they responded to him, a very effective leader. Also, when supply chain issues arose he went out of his way to search for and locate a battery for my system when the originally-ordered battery was hung-up in transit. There's a lot of other specifics I could provide, but this says it all: I once caught him on the roof re-adjusting a whole row of panels to insure that they were in perfect visual alignment with the last panel he'd installed in that row. It has only been off by a small fraction of an inch.

OUTSTANDING!
Ian and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. He kept us well informed with scheduling, delays (due to supply issues) and other pertinent solar information through his newsletters. Concerned that all those panels would look like it was too much, we were pleasantly surprised after they were installed and realized this was the right move for us. Looking forward to lower electric bills and backup when the power goes out. Highly recommended, both GTRE and solar!
