The installation crew was awesome. Their support or should I say management did not support these gentlemen very well there was too much in between of not getting them the correct information that they needed but as far as their work, absolutely marvelous.

Messed up power
The installers were a hour late but did work late into the night. This might be part of the problem. After turning the electrical power off several times, they left my house. After they were gone, we found out that the electric power in the kitchen was out. The next morning I called the office to complain and they told me I had to wait until an inspector was available.

Horrible experience!!!!!
Our installation process has been nothing short of a shitshow. The first day they placed panels on the garage and dug the trench, nobody came back for weeks and weeks. Parts were lost, no communication, my yard is ruined now. They had us down as job completed which it wasn't. They cut my siding and didn't replace the J channel so we have to do that. The concrete that was cut was replaced by dirt and old chunks of concrete so we have to replace that. The hole that was left for weeks and weeks was at our main entrance. When it rained, it washed more mud and rock in the way- my husband fell and cracked a rib. The lack of communication and the job being completed timely and neatly is not even a 1 star review. I would never recommend to anyone!

The guys installing were very nice. We did have a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish and they knew very little English. The first day when they came out, my brother had to spend $40-$50 on a breaker that they needed. When they turned my power back on, my microwave was dead and so was the motor in my furnace. They were both working before power turned off. I talked to someone about this and they said they would bring it up with their team. I have not heard anything they came back yesterday and we’re going to hand dig the trench by hand. It was around 100’. My brother saved their day again by using his tractor to dig the trench for them. You could not have asked for any nicer guys though

absolute garbage job
-workers showed up 4 hours late and didn't finish the first day -left garbage everywhere -broke existing parts on my garage -didnt mount anything straight -conduit is crooked -cut off scraps and shavings left in the yard -put finger marks all over the side of my house and garage -poorly mounted signs on my house -didn't communicate show up or return to finish -didnt cut their panel brackets straight -left mud all over my sidewalk and patio from their boots -broke my water runoff tray for my gutter and left the gutter disconnected -drilled random holes in the siding of my garage that you can see daylight through *I am a union tradesman and if I ever did work like this, I would not have a job. these guys did the bare minimum and this level of disrespect to someone's home and property should not be allowed or tolerated.

Scheduling of the installation was not ideal. I communicated windows multiple times and they scheduled outside of that window initially. Eventually they scheduled inside the window. I am still awaiting the inspection of the system but as of right now the system seems to be installed properly. The technicians that installed the system left a mess inside of my house below my attic access. They also left scraps, screws, bolts, tools, etc in my yard. After the install I also noticed an extra hole they drilled in my siding.

I'm completely disappointed in the company install, took over two weeks to install half the panels that was supposed to be installed. Did not clean up after work I'm still picking up pieces of metal and screws in my yard, I have reached out to the company several times still no one has contacted me. Save yourself the headache don't use

Quick & Efficient Installation
Paul & his crew completely installed our system in around 5 hours! They thoroughly explained what & why they were doing, (very patiently, I might add,) and showed me all of the system components and their purpose. I couldn't be more pleased and as a general contractor, I am more than appreciative to have that information and care they so professionally displayed.

Left all their trash and tore up my landscaping.
This crew left boxes, several aluminum strips, garbage, boxes of untouched installation supplies, the wooden pallet the panels were shipped on and junk. I contacted their manager and they came back 3 days later and reluctantly took most of the stuff. They also dug into my rock landscaping which surrounds my home, which is trimmed in flagstone. I paid several thousand dollars to have the landscaping installed. They left large chunks of dirt, ripped up landscaping cloth and scattered a sizable amount of rock into the yard. They were several hours late getting here and finished in the dark and rain. What a mess they made of my property!
