30 panel car port

Our 30 panel car port installation was completed in July 2014. Sean Nordhagen at PCI was very patient with all of my questions and phone calls throughout the entire process and even after it was done. He designed it to produce enough power to assure we would be eligible for the full Washington State production incentive payment each year. It has exceeded that objective and combined with the Federal Tax break on the overall construction costs, it will completely pay for itself by the early 2020s not counting the electricity savings along the way. One micro inverter failed for some reason and PCI replaced it very quickly and for free under the full warranty. I am completely happy and would highly recommend PCI to anyone for this kind of project.

Very responsive

Used PCI to bring my solar system into compliance with the "tax incentive" program. I have an older solar power system (15 years old). PCI upgraded my system to be in compliance with the states guidelines. Mike C. has been very professional in all my dealings with PCI and has stood behind all the work they performed, and provides friendly customer support. Will recommend PCI to potential customers.

Excellent service

PCI Renewables worked with Sustainability Works to install my solar panels. After the fact, PCI installed a monitoring system for me (which I highly recommend so that you can be assured that panels are working properly). <br /><br />I have been very happy with the service I have received from PCI, including catching and correcting a situation when one of the panels went on the fritz. They also helped me with the "tax incentive" paperwork and to make sure my computer system could connect with the monitoring system. They have always responded quickly to any issue or question I had. Couldn't be more pleased, and I am loving my low, low AVISTA bills!
