Hard to get service
PES INSTALLED my system 2 weeks ago my gateway stopped reporting data. I called PES and they said it was uploading data. After a week I called the manufacturer and the connected in to the gateway and said it was cutting out and not working properly and I should contact the installer. They were quick to ask me to pay up front for the service call and I would be contacted to schedule. 4 days later nobody called, so I called and of course I got voicemail. Terrible customer support.

Crew showed up on time Job went very well. Job only took 5 hours from start to finish. I was very happy to be able to have all my questions answered completely.
