Very pleased!
Redstone was always able to answer our questions and they worked with us to ensure we would be happy with the installation. We like the fact that they are a local company who sees the whole process through from sale to installation,. Brandan returned after hook up to make sure we knew how to read the meter and monitor the system on our phones. We are very pleased with Redstone!

Residential System
I had a really good experience with Redstone Solar. They were very receptive of my requirements for the system design, and the price was very good compared to the competition. With a better price sometimes you have to endure poor craftsmanship, but the installers and Chris Collard were focused on making the final product functional and aesthetically pleasing. They had to install a attic access hatch as part of the install. Chris took the time to frame and trim it. <br /><br />Chris committed to helping with the Utah Tax Rebate. Service after payment is made is often lower quality than before payment. Chris followed through and filled out all the details for the Tax Rebate. <br /><br />Overall, I am very pleased.

My panels look fantastic!
I couldn't be happier. I feel like they did a perfect job... In my mind I always wanted solar but did not know where to start.. Redstone made the process simple. My Wife and I recently bought our home 24 months ago. We took out a 5 year loan to pay for the solar. I am well on my way to paying 0 for my power. To me Solar is paying for itself x2 or x3. Redstone makes it easy and they help with the taxe paperwork . My panels fantastic!

Flawless installation. They took care of everything!
They took care of everything, even down to filling out the complicated state tax paperwork so I could get my refund from the state. These guys are super friendly, and I have had absolutely no problems with the system!

Flexible setup and hard workers
Getting something installed as large as solar is more than just putting up panels on your roof. You have to look at what Panels they are using, and other hardware they are using. First our sales man went through hardware and warranties. Explaining why they were good company to work with. We had them switch panels which they were very flexible on.<br />Once the install started the works would would all day even shoveling snow off the roof and working late into the dark to get the job done as quickly and safely as possible. However they did leave some small pieces of metal which were found on the ground once the snow melted. This could have been due to working in the snow and in the dark. <br />Everything was installed before the dead line and the process was painless. We even just had our first month without a power bill.

Friendly, Competent Install
I looked at multiple solar companies prior to selecting Redstone to work on my home. My wife and I were both impressed at Redstone's friendly and helpful attitude when it came to answering questions about how the system would work, what would need to be done on my home and also ensuring that we had future options to upscale our system if we wanted to down the road.<br /><br />Chris and his team answered all my questions, were willing to add a few minor "tweaks" to the design (adding extra outlets and lights at a remote shed where some of the panels were installed) and also corrected some errors that I had made from "Doing it myself" before hiring them. <br /><br />His team was delivered the system for the price he quoted (no surprise fees or anything else) and it has been working perfectly. I am also confident that if any problems came up Redstone would quickly address them and keep things running smoothly. I highly recommend them if you had interest in a home solar system.<br /><br />Cory

Great System
I took my time in getting bids, looking at projects, and selecting an installer. After a lot of homework, I selected Redstone Solar. I based my decision on the sales process, proposed system, and some of the systems I'd seen installed. <br /><br />These guys do great work. Some of the stuff they did went above my expectations. They moved a plumbing vent to another location in the roof so it wouldn't interfere with the look of the panels. They upgraded my inverter. And when I was pushing them to get the system installed by the end of the year, they worked long hours over the weekend.<br /><br />When it was all done and installed, I have a great looking system, and no visible wires or conduit.

Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced!
We have been very pleased with Redstone Solar, right from the start. The sales rep seemed knowledgeable (although he was a bit distracted because he was getting married in a week), and he was willing to present to both of us at our request. My husband had done some homework before I saw the presentation, so I appreciated being able to hear the pitch from the beginning. Next came Chris, who was so very helpful in helping me to understand the mechanics of solar energy. He also came out as the installers were there, which gave me a great deal of confidence. He responded to our questions and concerns, and he was very important in helping me to feel good about the installation and the workings. He did the hard jobs of coordinating the city building permit and inspection and getting the electrical company there to approve of the installation. I felt as if I could rely on him to answer my questions and take care of any problems that might have arisen. He is honest, and that meant a great deal to my husband and I. We have been very happy with our solar decision, and we would highly recommend Redstone Solar to anyone wishing to reduce or eliminate their monthly electrical bill. As promised, we received a large income tax refund this year because of our solar installation.
