Highly recommend!
I shopped around for a while before purchasing and received a very wide range of prices for essentially the same product. Furthermore, most companies were pushy and salesy to put it nicely. Beto with RSRV was very down to earth and told me exactly what to expect. The prices were amongst the best offers that I received. I've had the solar panels for ~1.5yrs now and they are still operating great. I highly recommend RSRV!

Amazing Team!
I have been researching solar options for my home for quite some time and when I finally made the decision to proceed, I chose RSRV Power. I must say I am so glad I did! The entire Team I was fortunate enough to work with was nothing short of amazing! Beto Gomez did an excellent job of explaining all options available and helping select the system tailored specifically for my home and needs. While Beto exceeded my expectations with the sales and communication, the installation Team was some of the nicest, hardest working, dedicated individuals I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Here's why: Weather delayed the install by one day. This was supposed to be a two day install due to the size of the project, however my son was having friends over on what would now be the second day. The install Team, comprised of Javier, Kwabina, Pinkra, Justin and Brayant completed an 8kW installation in just over 8hrs to meet my needs!! Not only did they work in the heat and humidity, but they smiled, laughed and were amazing individuals through the entire process. I am thankful for their thoughtfulness, attitude and hard work! I honestly cannot say enough about this group and how thankful I was for them. Oftentimes as consumers, we only consider vendors based on pricing alone. However, my decision to use RSRV was based on competitive pricing as well as how well I related to their Team. Beto was wonderful at delivering information and a very nonaggressive sales style and the install team is a group of individuals I would be proud to have on my team! I highly recommend RSRV, if if for no other reason, because of their Team! Thanks again!

Excellent Company & Service
I was skeptical to install a Solar system as my energy bill is small & usage is efficient I was initially cold called by a team member Subsequently followed up with the appointment we set on time Thoroughly went over all the aspect of a custom system for my home From start to finish they did 100% of what they said they would do The team that came & installed the system were professional & experienced The system is working exactly how it should I am very pleased & recommend this company to any who are considering to go solar & have referred several others at this time I am the Regional Sales Manager of my company & have high expectations for service and follow up which has recently been done as well Class Act Company! Best solar crew out there!
Beto and his team were fantastic to work with! I waited to write this in order to fully assess our experience from quoting to implementation through follow-up... they did not disappoint in any area! The quite process was educational and informative. We had quotes/conversations with multiple companies. RSRV was not the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive... they were they ONLY ones that did not pressure us to sign immediately, wave same day execution discounts around or "skew" the math on future savings. Beto was clear, explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand and provided clear, transparent calculations around how future savings and/or billing would work. They managed the entire approval process w/ Duke Energy and York County keeping us informed every step of the way. The instalation was terrific! The team was friendly, knowledgeable AND neat!!! When they were done you never would have known they had been there except for the panels on the roof!! Not one piece of trash. Period. There was follow-up to ensure we were up and running properly. Further follow-up monitoring our system to ensure it continues to work as expected. The entire team was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about their product and the process. I would highly recommend RSRV to anyone considering solar!!!!

5 Star experience from start to finish
I started my solar search with an AWFUL experience through a company my electric provider introduced me to. After having a discussion with the sales team at RSRV power it was a complete 180. Our sales rep Nick was incredibly professional and no pressure. He spent the lion share of his time boiling down the complex topic into something we could digest to make an educated decision. While it is nice to have a great sales experience, it is rare that this translate to the service and install. This was NOT the case with RSRV, from the support staff on the permitting to the team performing the install RSRV was professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend them to anyone and wish more local companies had the post sale service experience RSRV offers.

They Delivered
Our experience with RSRV was as good as we could have hoped for. I was present the whole time for the installation. The crew was friendly and hard-working and got the job done in one day. The installation was really clean and the county inspector said the same thing. Once we were given the permission to operation, everything is working great and I can monitor the system at any time to see the output. Could not ask for a better experience!

RSRV Power is the most complete and utmost professional solar power organization that you're going to find anywhere! We were extremely comfortable with the entire process because they were so willing to address all our questions in a complete and clear fashion. Often, willing to repeating answers to assure that we clearly understood. <br />After making the decision to move forward, we were overwhelmed by the amount of work required on the part of RSRV Power to obtain all the approvals, proper permits, and inspections required before the installation could even be scheduled. All which RSRV Power handled flawlessly and kept us informed every step of the way! <br /><br />On to installation, PERFECTION! The install team worked together like a well-oiled machine, also willing to answer any of my questions or concerns along the way. It was a joy to watch how much this team loved what they were doing and loved each other. They were always looking for ways they could help another member of the team, just spectacular.<br />Things moved quickly after the installation, thanks to all the advanced planning by RSRV Power. State inspection a week later, then the utility company changed out the meter five days later and we were up and running creating our own energy.<br /><br />If you are considering solar energy don't waste any time looking for the bargain or the big name operation that will treat you like just another number. Choose RSRV Power and they will treat you like one of the family and be right beside you every step of the way and beyond. Outstanding experience!!
We had been interested in Solar for some time and I came across RSRV power at an event booth. They were super nice but not pushy. Nick came out and explained everything to us. The equipment is top of line and the pricing was competitive. The financing options are unbelievable and we were up and running in about 6 weeks. The system looks and works great and the app is a cool way to track your energy production. Great communication and customer service. We highly recommend them!!!
