Apparently this company 'no longer services our area' the area that they came into and installed systems with a 25 year warranty that THEY were to uphold. My friend has half of her panels not working and we can't get the company to honor their contract, answer their phones or emails. All of this after the sales rep flat out lied to four of us on multiple occasions and then stopped responding to any calls and emails. I was told 3 months later that he had left the company.

Worst Customer Service Ever
We are in Grand Junction Colorado. Since our system was installed in November 2024, we have not seen any significant savings because our system is not fully working. We have a total of 16 panels installed and only half of them (8) are working. The sales person no longer works with Skyline Solar. We were told by the sales person before he left the company that someone would come to our home to explain how the Solar Edge app works. This never happened. We assumed our solar system was operating correctly since the last worker at our home stated our solar system was up and running. After several months we still have not seen any savings, come to find out only 8 of the 16 panels are not working. We have contacted Skyline Solar, their response was, we unfortunately are not servicing your area, and supplied some email links for us to find someone ourselves. This is not the kind of customer service we believed we would receive for Skyline Solar who was able to have a salesman and an installation team show up and complete the install, but not support their product. We have opened up several support tickets per the request of Skyline Solar, and as of today we have not had anyone help us out yet. We have also reached out to Solar Edge who said that Skyline Solar needs to have someone come out and check and repair our system. This is not Solar Edge's responsibility they stated. They said the installer needs to fix this. Our system is still under warranty and per Skyline Solar guidelines, the repairing company must be Solar Edge certified to maintain the warranty coverage. We are not able to locate a Solar Edge Certified company to come to check our system out. We don't want to have our warranty voided by having a non-certified solar company do any repairs to this system. Skyline Solar needs to do what is right and support the warranty/ product. PLEASE HELP US. This is a below one Star at this time.

I would not go with this company! The salesman told us that we would get a $10,000 back with taxes and we just give it to the finance company and our payment would not go up. He stated we would probably get get it with in 2 year span. He was wrong! It is a non refundable credit which means we get credit but it is not a refundable where we would get $10,000 back. I called and told the finance company they told me I had to call a lady at Skyline. I called and left a message and she sent my husband information on taxes. I called her back left another message telling her I didn’t need information on taxes that I had already talked to a tax expert that explained things correctly unlike her salesman who lied to us. I wanted to know how she was going to make it right. I still haven’t heard back so I’m guessing we are just stuck and our payment will now raise. Never go with this company! I would give no stars if allowed!

Great from A-Z
We need to add another star to this company, they did an amazing job from A to Z, from the inception to the end everything went smooth, the communication was top-notch, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way explaining this daunting process so I could understand how it would help me in the long run. The techs were nothing short of phenomenal, explaining everything, being quick with the installation, and respecting my property and my time. A value you don't see nowadays. Thank you Skyline Solar for a great experience.

What’s the point?
I had spoken at lengths before agreeing to get solar and was told multiple times that the panels I’m getting would more than cover the energy I use. That was absolutely false, I’ve had my panels for about 18 months now and they have covered my electric bill TWICE. They say they are working properly and everything looks perfect. When I ask what the point of them is, if I’m still paying electric on top of it, I was told “to ease the financial burden.” I’m literally paying twice as much as I used to… they don’t care about customers or helping anyone. Beware before you buy

Skyline solar was a good company to start with. But after the system was turned on. I got an electronic bill that was double any bill I got before. Come to find out. They had been receiving warnings that the systems grounds was not working. So not only was the system making power and driving it into the ground. It was also pulling power from the grid and sending it into the ground cause it was never programed correctly. They have refused to compensate me for the wasted power it was pulling from the grid. Cause the system was never working right. This put me past there 120 day Guarantee. I had already made 3 payments beforeit was working right. They only paid for one. I will never recommend this company. Clearly they don't give a damn about there customers.

Skyline provides a complete package
Skyline was not the cheapest quote I received but I liked their ability to support both the install and the permitting. I have not needed service yet but I know there are local support people available. This is very important to me. Who needs to wait for support from a remote location. Thepanel layout was better than any other suppliers I talked to. Got all the panels on my south facing roof. Others had panels on the west side where they were partially shaded. When I wanted to change from a loan to full payment upfront they were very willing to do this even tho I had signed a previous contract.

Skyline Solar Delivered Expectations
Good Communication throughout and delivered an experience that the sales person described. Very happy with with the process, took 3 months for install of the panels but was communicated as each step went along.
