Excellent service
I was initially skeptical about installing solar panels because there are so many solar companies in the market. However, Solar Energy Word stood out as the best choice. I had the pleasure of consulting with Scott, who is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the system, including permits, timelines, and the design of the solar setup. Scott made the entire process seamless with his clear communication. He was always easy to reach via text or email, and his quick responses made things much easier. The installation itself was completed in just one day! Switching to solar is a smart investment, especially with energy rates continuing to rise in Maryland. I’m already seeing the benefits and saving money. Outstanding Company
Dealing with Solar Energy World was very easy. Damien walked us through each step and kept in direct contact during installation, inspection, start up and any follow-up questions we had. Ramon handled setting up the install and inspection, waiting at my house for several hours for the inspector. The install crew was fantastic. They were polite, explained the equipment and process and cleaned up after themselves. Gret experience.

Zack and his team did a wonderfull job from start to finish . he was able to explain and respond to all my concerns and we work through the best that suit my needs. Very communicative, they work with my HOA for the approval and I got my solar pannels installed now. My wife and I were always skeptical of solar energy. When we met Zack Kalb and he explained how the system works, we were still skeptical. Because of Zack's professional approach and the manor, he answered all our questions we decided to go ahead with the project. When the day came to install the solar panels, the crew was very polite. They explained and reviewed to us what and how the system was to be installed and then proceeded. When they were finished the took their time to explain the boxes that were installed, their purpose and how the system would work. Once they cleaned up, they walked me through to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were very impressed with the whole process from day one when Zack came to the day the final install was completely and cleaned up that I have referred other possible clients to Zack.

Outstanding work for solar panel installation
I have followed the call of Montgomery County, Department of Environmental Protection for potential energy bill reduction with solar panel and found the Solar Energy World Sales Representative Andy in late June 2024. He has been very instructive, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the entire procedure for solar panel installation and potential incentives. While the company did an excellent work for inspection of the roof, applications for all approvals, and actual installation of 15 panels (in one day) in August, it took some waiting time till the local energy company to switch the meter and allow for the operation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by the company as it offers 15 years of workman warranty and 25 years of product warranty, particularly by Andy. Now I am enjoying the solar energy together with the good app called ENPHASS that allows for the checking of daily energy in kwh production.

Our solar experience
As a homeowner we are approached or bothered by multiple sales people, especially being new homeowners we were approached by so many contractors and businesses. I personally don’t like dealing with sales reps. The rep Damien made me feel at ease about the solar process. We had no intentions on purchasing Solar at this time but he made us feel that this was not a scam of sort and that we would be taken care of. Homeowners like to feel secure and that they are making good decisions about the money they are spending, my wife and I felt secure. Again thanks Damien for your knowledge and expertise about the product.

Solar panel install
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Solar Energy World. Everything was done in the exact time frame they told me it would be. If they said they would be there Monday at 8am, there was someone there right on time. Our salesman, Brent Cotton was extremely upfront about our solar purchase and did not waste our time with any sort of fabrication, just facts about solar energy. We have had our panels for a year and are very pleased with our purchase.

SEW is great choice.
I worked with sales Zach Kalb and the process was very smooth. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process and answered every questions I had. The system is exactly what I was looking for. Eg. micro inverters The quote was fair comparing to other 5 companies. My system just got approved and turned on today. Highly recommend.
