Worst experience
The only good thing I can say is they arrived on the day they said they would. Did not ground panels and frames properly. Did not use enough hold downs for the frames. Walked on the panels while on the roof. Damaged my ridge shingles and did not fix or tell me. Did not clean the site. Found cut off chunks of the aluminum frame on my deck. Had to have all this fixed by another installer so SunPower could sign off on the system for Eversource.

Great service and product
The employees at Solar Wolf are very professional and friendly. They know their product. I asked a few of the installers and front office employees questions. Each employee answered my questions. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. Thank you to Taylor, Jim, Ritchie and the rest of the crew.

They could care less
Long long story short. They were supposed to pull a permit for a 6.5 kilowatt and by accident they only pulled the permit for a 5 kilowatt . Now my system is dead on my roof the bank close the loan and put it in collections wasn't supposed to have a payment until 30 days after turn on. The bill came a couple of days after the panels were installed on the roof but the system was denied turn on and here we are 10 months later and the system is still dead on my roof with no help from nobody and the bank mosaic could care less they just want their $30,000. Do whatever you can stay far away from this company

Solar Wolf Energy Finished What Another Failed To Do
I have the highest regards for Solar Wolf. They were extremely helpful to me with my solar panel project. Easy to talk with and very professional in every aspect of the job. Work was finished as projected and the installers were great to work with during the process. Most importantly, Ted was very understanding when I was caught up in a bad situation with another company and worked with me get the system I am 110% satisfied with. Everything was explained to me, questions answered, and their continued service in the monitoring of my system is right on.

Happy Customer
I was skeptical about going solar after reading all the horror stories out there, but I was tired of all my high electrical bills. Ted, Taylor and the rest the Solar Wolf team did an unbelievable job of educating me on solar and its benefits. The tax incentives and savings on my monthly bill were clearly outlined. I was kept informed through every step of the process and had all my questions answered promptly. The installation crew was completely professional and worked efficiently to get my project done much faster than I could have imagined. It took only a few weeks from the time I signed the papers to the day my house was up and running. For me, service and quality backed by an unbelievable warranty is what sold me on Solar Wolf.

An Impressive Team Effort
First let me thank you for a great job installing solar at my home. From the get go when I met Dan ( Elvis) and he explained he could do a 100% system he had my attention. I did my research and was more than impressed this could be accomplished. I'm glad I gave Dan the chance.<br /> <br />Next came your installers. Both Ray an Angel were great guys to deal with. Very professional and not afraid of hard work. The time they stayed late was much appreciated!! They were very patient when I showed them the chases for the flex EMT to be run internally in the walls. I provided as much access to those locations as I could and installed mule tape for them as well as snaked down to make it a little easier. Not having EMT on the outside of my home is a BIG plus. Great workers...all of them.<br /> <br />The inspections were a breeze as was the flip over. It was a great feeling not to totally reliant on NGRID for my power which was my goal to begin with. I know Taylor had a lot to do with all the arrangement of this and she did a great job with the coordinating of all individual people involved.<br /> <br />Yesterday there was an issue with the connectivity of one of the Inverters and Taylor sent out Mary who was very pleasant to deal with. She had it up and running in minutes. <br /> <br />The overall experience with Solar Wolf Energy was great. Efficient as well as very professional. I know as a business owner myself that when I get feedback on any of my installations it worth its' weight in gold. Good or bad feedback results in more referrals which is more jobs etc.

Great value and installed exactly as promised
At first I was a bit suspicious of them since they solicited us at our home, but every step of the way they have been professional and have gone out of their way to accommodate us. They installed exactly as they promised. We required a new roof and the folks they subcontracted with did a great job. They are not the absolute cheapest, but probably the best value for your money. In the end we got very high quality components for a good price. It's been two weeks with solar and so far so good!

Leader of the pack
Solar Wolf is the leader of the pack! <br />This company stands out in so many ways. The transparency Solar Wolf provides to its customers is unlike the others. From the first phone call to Solar Wolf with our interest in learning about solar and what system we could and should have, we knew they were the company we would go with. <br />Every single employee of the Solar Wolf team was very professional and polite. Solar Wolf stands behind their work and it shows. There was never a time that my phone call or email went unnoticed and without a quick response! <br />Our main communication was with Mary as she would come to our home in person to obtain and drop off any paperwork needed. However we also were able to have contact with the CEO, Ted! What company does that!? <br />Our system, which included a SE-7600 inverter with 29 panels, went up without any issues and we've been making power ever since. <br />We couldn't be happier with SolarWolf as a company and its employees they have working for them.
