Great service
Didn’t start out the smoothest, the follow up team after sales were spectacular. Doug and the installation team absolutely amazing! Had some issues with a lower part of my roof. Instead of just putting the panels on they showed me what was going on and the problems. Got it fixed and they got me back on track and installed quickly. The part I’m really grateful for is the team in the office always someone able to answer the phone or promptly get a call back to answer any questions and concerns. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Sun Up

Great work and perfect installation
As noted in the title Sun Up Zero Down did a real nice job of explaining, contracting, processing the state paperwork and installing the solar array of panels on our roof top. They were very timely in getting the permits and getting the install done before the end of the year (it was done in December) so that we could take advantage of of the tax credit for 2019. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Sun Up Zero Down. Very pleased indeed.

Quick, painless, and great customer service
I had a wonderful experience with Thomas Crowell and Sun Up Zero Down. I was able to express what I wanted in solar and, as they explained all of my options, it made it easy for me to decide on what was right for me. The process was quick and painless. Whenever I had questions about anything, Thomas was just a call away and handled any questions I had in a professional manner and I was able to get solutions fast. It can be daunting to navigate the SRECTRADE program at first, but I was able to get a handle on it rather quickly with the help of Thomas and his staff. Would highly recommend and I’m a very happy customer.

Absolutely amazing!
After sitting through SALES proposals with several other companies, I was pleasantly surprised with my educational solar presentation with Brad Silver from SUZD. Excellent Sales and Service
Our sales woman Jeanne Dear was so knowledgeable, supportive, and really made the process easy. She is a gem! I highly recommend her and this company. We are so happy with our solar panels. Our savings is amazing. We met with 5 other companies and no sales person or service compared to Jeanne and Sun Up Zero Down.

Honest, knowledgable, efficient!
As I've read on some other reviews, BRAD SILVER is the absolute best! Knowledgable, honest, and puts the customer first! I was nonstop with 1,000 questions, and he answered every one, like a boss! He made sure I understood exactly what he was explaining and that I was comfortable with every step of the process. The installation team was also amazing! We had a minor glitch with inspections but the foreman and his guys handled it THAT SAME DAY! The foreman also came to my house for re -inspection the next day, so that I didn't have to miss work again. That's above and beyond in my book! Super happy with our system and experience. Ready to help improve the environment and my wallet! ;-)
