Courteous and Quick
We had our Sun Run install today. It was a cold and windy day in December. The installer came in the morning and had it all installed and set up by the early afternoon. They were courteous when they had to come in or show us how to use the products. They did great and were excited to have solar power and a backup battery.

Round 2
Two months after I bought my house JCP&L sent me a bill for over $800, I almost hit the floor. I had checked out a couple of solar companies but didn’t understand how it all worked. Then Sunrun showed up at my door, Derrick was very knowledgeable about the panels and there was no money that I’ll had to put out for the installation, so we quickly signed up. But Derrick had lowballed the amount of energy we used and I was still getting $200-$300 electric bills. I had to complain to Sunrun a few times before someone took a look at what was going on. I was so happy the day Anthony called and said they were going to put another set of panels on the house. Now the two sets of solar panels are costing me $180 per month, a far cry from the $450 JCP&L was charging per month. Thank you Anthony and Sunrun.

Rhode Island customer Run from SunRun!!!!
I was told one thing yet here I am with a credit that is getting less and less even though no electricity has changed. I can see on my Tesla app I’m getting a lesser amount of solar than the SunRun app and a roofer came because of a roof leak caused by installation and said I have at least 1 cracked panel. I was also told it would be replaced because I’m leasing their equipment. However, they aren’t replacing it and I keep saying the system had an issue. Then I get someone to actually listen and look and I’m told yes there is an issue however it’s basically too bad so sad they look at the information and my panels are showing all green yet my Solar shows less coming in and if I want to have somebody come look at it, I have to pay them. All I can say is RUN from SunRun!!!

They don't take care of issues
After 5 years they still haven't taken care of the destruction they did on the 2 years old roof. I want to fix my house up and can't until they take care of the filtration on the roof they caused.

Fraud from the Sunrun salesman
The Sunrun salesman provided faulty promises in terms of the fee they going to charge. He did an estimate for my electricity usage, and promised that the electric company and the Sunrun together would charge a fixed flat fee for my monthly electricity usage as the same I had been paying to the electricity company. However, after the system started running, the Sunrun is charging a fixed fee, which much higher in the summer months than the regular pay, and they would not credit me when the electricity company is charging me more, which makes the whole charge to me is much higher than my original electricity expenses. I contacted Sunrun about this, the customer service just closed my complaint without any explanation.

Sun Run is a scam they under sell you panels so when the panels they sell you arent enough they urge to you to buy more. We got solar to lower our energy bill but after paying our PG&E and the solar bill we end up paying more than what we were originally paying. I would not go solar ever again and of course I live in a communist state where they are forcing solar on everyone whos building a new home. Just a big waste of time and money, just pay the outrageous PG&E bill you'll thank me later.

Great experience
We have had a great experience with Corey Duncan and his team. Corey was always available for our phone calls and text messages. He made multiple trips to our house around our busy work schedules to clarify the process and design plan. We will be recommending Corey to our friends and family.
