Sunrun Experience
My experience from beginning to end was above and beyond, my rep Irv was excellent with showing me my options and what works best for our home. My contact person Julia was very sweet, she kept me informed on the next steps in process. The foreman Travaun was very helpful, he did the power off part later in the day for me due to us having family over for the holiday. I love Sunrun and the savings on our power bill even with my employee discount at PGE we still see some great savings and now we have protection from blackouts and better control over when we use power with SPAN

We started our project in June to date it is all installed but not running. They were right on when we were signing and now they are no where to be found. Can’t get a phone call for status just a lot of equipment and still $500 + PGE bills. They said they’d cover the bills but we have not seen a penny or any solar power. They are all talk to sell you but now can’t be found

Had a power outage Sunday, app showed battery @ 9%. My power was out. The battery back up was one of the reasons chose to go solar. Very disappointing.

Extremely disappointed by the delayed solar panel activation
The salesperson visited in June 2024, and the solar panels were installed on October 18. It’s now December 30, and the connection still hasn’t been turned on. Every time I call (and i have reached out to the representative number of times), I’m told there’s an issue, but no clear estimate is provided. To make things worse, the bill for the first month has already been generated, even though the connection isn’t active. This process has taken far too long, and I’m deeply disappointed with the delays and poor communication.

Sunrun faulty wiring
They said they have trusted people who do work but, the wiring they did on my house is faulty. I kept emailing and calling if they could fix it and I got no response. The one time I got a response she was VERY disrespectful. She was not helpful and kept lying, saying she had no supervisor yet after I called back another person answered and led me to the main manager. They still did not pay me back for the amount of months the solor did not work. Never go with Sunrun. They pretend to be interested in the beginning and later on they don’t care about you.
