Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation process was seamless and the crew did a great job. Solar Topps lost our paperwork before it was issued to the city or APS so turning our solar panels on has been delayed almost two months. Because of this I now have an extra two months of electric bills that I did not expect/budget for. I asked Solar Topps to assist with this bill as it is in result of their error. They claim that they cannot but not to worry because I will not need to pay for my panels until they are turned on. This still leaves me with an extra $1000+ expense that I had not planned for. Not only this, but my final electric bill and solar panel payment were due within days of each other. Solar Tops once again cannot help. Even though they promised 30 days bill-free. I understand that mistakes can be made but a company should do all it can to make it right. They should also be honest. I do not feel like Solar Topps did that and I really wish I would have chosen another company.... read more

When these guys explained why they use Hyundai it made sense. Other panel companies go in and out of business all of the time. They offer a 25 or 30 year warrenty but whats the point if the company goes out of business? Hyundai Heavy Industries has been in business longer than I've been alive and will be in business long after I'm gone. Which means their 25 year warrenty means something. Just look at Hyundai Heavy Industries and you'll see what Im talking about. They own everything!!!... read more

Hyundai is known for having the best warranty in the car business. They manufacture quality products in several industries. They are very large, very diversified, and have strong financials. Their solar panels look very sharp as I went with the all black type. The production so far as been as expected. Very happy with the products.... read more

It's very important to choose a manufacturer that has a diversified background in manufacturing. A 25 year warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. Unlike many other manufacturers, Hyundai makes cars, heavy equipment, super tankers, and electrical components. They've been around longer than their stated warranty. They have the best quality and I have had no issues with them. They work great!... read more
