Scamming and unprofessional

ARKANSAS SCAM ALERT*
My experience is the exact same as Tim from Arkansas review. Lies after Lies. System does not produce anywhere near what was promised, constantly breaks and phone calls are going unanswered. Was promised my oversized system would power the entire house, yet in reality "When working" it covers the electricity for my refrigerator. Tax credits and incentives are also a joke and lies. The office in Arkansas has since closed down. Now stuck with a 40K loan and a broken system.

Disappointed
I guess you have to live in Lubbock to get good service. It took them several months to get around to installing our system and then it is not working properly. It shows that we only consume from the grid between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm and no other time. My first contact with the office and the salesperson went unanswered. I contacted SolarEdge and they punted it back to Pure Energy with a case number. Then when I contacted the Pure Energy office they said the will let me know when an electrician would be out. My batter has been charging in the morning and discharging through out the day when it shows the spike in usage. This has been going on since they installed the system. Meanwhile, Goodleap is harassing me for a payment that is not even due until March. Pure Energy did a great job swapping out my old electrical box outside and the installation was quick when they finally got around to it. Everyone was nice up until the point where I had problems. Now I am being ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. May be if I lived in Lubbock it would be different.

Great local team for solar
If you’re in Texas and you’re looking into solar, Pure Energy is the way to go. The only thing I had to do on my side was provide my electricity usage and they handled the rest of it. I was skeptical on solar at first but I figured why not give them 20 minutes to show me the process. Once they showed me how much I’d be spending on electricity vs solar, I was amazed and mad I didn’t do it sooner. Installation was quick and easy. The app works flawlessly. I’ve already referred a few family members and friends and gotten referral bonuses. I can’t think of a single reason to not go with them. It’s saving me over $1200 a year right now but that’ll start going up as the cost of electricity increases too. Great group and I recommend the Lubbock office 100%.

Excellent service and clean professional work
I cannot say enough about how impressed we are for the work that was done on our home. The crew worked in the blistering heat yet worked professionally and did an awesome job installing the panels. Their work is clean. No wires hanging out and everything looks great. Highly recommend Pure Energy.

Great Service Great Product
I googled several companies in the Lubbock TX market! Pure energy was the quickest to respond as well as providing an affordable quote! Rob was helpful and answered all of my questions! The company was professional and friendly! They installed my panels within a day with professionalism and courtesy! Even after installation Pure Energy was helpful to my needs! I highly recommend this company within the Lubbock TX market! On top of this I also got my tax rebate credit which was awesome!!

Amazing
Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects, Terry was able to answer all questions with ease. He showed me all the instals that was in the area. And let my call a couple of customers as well before I made the switch.
