No Response from support.
We have been calling the 3 numbers for T.E.E, for the last week to 10 days. Our panels are not providing power for over 10 days now and no one has called me back Not sure where to go for warranty work since they do not under.
My solar system is already paying for itself. Talk about a quick return on my investment! I can tell that this company is staffed by a team that works well together from the the guy that set my appointment (Shay) to the solar salesman (Ken) and the installation crew (Ector, Juan, and John I think?). My upcoming summer savings make me sooooo happy. :))))
The lady that set my appointment was so nice I wish I could remember her name. I'm super excited to finally have an energy efficient home that's off the grid. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
